I was in the metalworking shop, that started me off in the lifelong assosiation with engineering, wonder what happened to all my sample pieces?

I think the carpenter shop had become the metalwork shop by 1959 when I was there. The benches had been changed to run along both walls in a continuous manner with metalwork vices. I think the masters name was Mr Whilshurst and he had a nickname; we called him Nunky.
