VE day celebrations Nork 1945

Summer 1945 is the best I can do. Almost all of the children, many of whom I can name, attended Nork Primary School and lived within the Nork, Drift Bridge area. For info I sport the curly hairdo in the photo's dead centre. !
John Lane.

Note from LNW : Thanks John, happy to add the names if you care to provide them as people Google their names all the time these days and would be pleasantly surprised to see your photo.

Comments:
Suspect that I am in this picture somewhere, am still looking, perhaps John knows which I am. Pretty sure I have picked out two of my siblings.
John and I lived a few houses apart in those happy days and were constant companions.

Iam definitely in this picture. Was called Hazel Hoskin, one of Derek's siblings, remember John, especially as when he was very young he had a tricycle! Red I believe!
