Where is this location?

This is a photo from a recently acquired collection, probably dating from the 1930s.
It should be a location somewhere in the Banstead area. Can anyone identify the exact spot?

Could those living close by Higher Drive look at the photo with a thought of eliminating that road as the subject?

Could this perhaps be Downs Wood ? Perhaps the Downswood Lawn Tennis Club which started in the 1930s is on the right of the photo. There were 37 houses already built in 1938, 53 in 1939 and 54 in 1945. The houses do not match perfectly but nigh on 100 years later many may have had extensions etc, or new builds added.

This looks like Croydon Lane, the junction to left would be Oaks Park and to right, Woodmansterne
