Licence for working on wireless telegraphy

Two licences dated 1942 and 1943 authorizing Mrs W Passingham of North View High street Banstead to install or work on wireless telegraphy

Comments:
This looks like just a domestic wireless receiving licence, commonly known simply as a "wireless licence" which everyone who had a wireless had to have (was supposed to have).
The only thing that might need to have been installed would be a wire aerial and possible earth.

Telegraphy covered both sound and morse code.
