Mr John Soper's Gilbert & Sullivan extravaganza
The last of Mr John Soper's Gilbert & Sullivan extravaganzas at Banstead County Junior School 1976. Robin Hodson (centre) is the lead with Vicky Tomlinson (?) the leading lady on his left. Can't remember who played the 'very modern major general'. I was a 'pirate' in the 'Chorus'.

And I was sitting next to you I think, Jenny - somewhere I have a photo of the chorus - wish I knew where! I can still hear Robin singing ''oh false one, you have deceived me''.....

I remember being in a Mr Soper G and S production in 1971 or 1972. Singing and playing the violin- not sure how I managed both, my memory is a little jaded.

Well I know that Christopher Duke played a leading role in what must have been 74 or 75. Vicky Tomlinson, was in my year though and I left the Middle School in 1975, so I don't how she ended up in a 76 production.
