1913 Ladies at unknown location

Here’s a curious one for you all from my collection. One of three photographs bought off eBay, all captioned “Banstead 1913”. Same background in all of them. The other two feature a group of men and then the men and the ladies together.

Can anyone identify the location of the photograph?

Obviously some sort of in-joke going on here as the ladies all have a beauty spot on their chins, which have migrated elsewhere on their faces by the time of the mixed group photo.

Comments:
Are those flagpoles in the centre? Golf clubhouses tended to have such poles.
