Where is this?

This image was an eBay purchase and is taken from an old album. Clearly written by the side of the photo was 'Banstead'. Could this be Holly Lane with Park Farm in the distance?

Date is estimated as circa 1910.

Comments:
The road looks a good match and the telegraph pole. I can’t find the barn like building on any maps or quite so many buildings.
It looks like Juliet Garton coming up the road to get in the trap to go to her morning visit to the Church. I have seen a photo of her but then all Edwardian Ladies of superior breeding look so similar.
