Beechholme – The Place to Be by Steven Harris

'Beechholme, The Place to Be': life in a Banstead children's home in the 1960s.

Author Steven Harris lived there with his siblings, but the book also gives an account of his life after leaving Beechholme, and finishes with a 'care reversal' when the author had to care for his father, who had Alzheimer's. There were low points and high points for author Steven Harris!

The book is published by Lewarne-Publishing.

It costs £14.95, including postage and packaging, if ordered online from https://lewarne-publishing.co.uk/product/beechholme/
